Gluten Free Low-Fat Alfredo Sauce
A super easy & fast gluten-free Alfredo sauce that is low-fat and delicious!
GF all purpose flour
substitute regular flour if you don’t need to eat a GF diet
Garlic Herb spice
Parmesan cheese, grated
cooked GF pasta
use regular pasta if you don’t need to eat a GF diet
basil leaves, for garnish
Melt butter. Add flour and whisk into a paste.
Slowly whisk in the milk until smooth. Add salt, pepper and Garlic Herb spice.
Bring the mixture to a boil, whisking constantly.
Reduce and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Toss with cheese and a pound of cooked pasta.
Garnish with a few basil leaves and a bit more Parmesan Cheese.
